One Step swab Antigen Test Kit

This reagent is used for in vitro qualitative test of human Respiratory virus nasal samples. It is only used as a supplementary test indicator for suspected cases with negative result or combined with the IgG / IgM antibody test kit for the auxiliary diagnosis of virus suspected cases. It cannot be used as a basis for confirmation or diagnosis of pneumonia caused by infection. A positive test result needs further confirmation, and a negative test result cannot exclude the possibility of infection.

1.Rinse the mouth with water.Deep cough three times,spit out saliva from the posterior oropharynx.2.If the volume of saliva is too much,use a dropper to remove the excess saliva until the final solution at the scale mark.remove the saliva collector and cover the lid of the sample tube back on.3.Pour all buffer into the extraction tube , shake the extraction tube for full mixing , shake well, stand for at least 1 minute, add samples after mixing, and then add the treated samples into the sample hole.4.Reverse the extraction tube containing the treated sample and add 3 ~ 4 drops (about 100μL) into the sample hole (S) of the test kit
